Set up an appointment and then the representative for that company does not show up.
It cost way to much for short form, I am sure it didn't take that young college boy more than 20 min to do it but cost me $365 dollars. I will do my own next year, can't be that hard.

I would give them a 5 star rating, however, I cannot justify that rating when I have to provide in-depth information, with Walmart customers walking by staring or even standing right next to the booth over hearing my private information. I just moved here from TX where there was a office that was designed to keep my information private. I'm sorry, I will be looking for another tax preparer.
