I arrived at 4:55pm and was greeted by 2 ladies who were very professional. Approximately 2 minutes later a male employee came in to work and stated hi and then called me to his desk area very quickly and started my taxes. I haven’t had my taxes completed at your company but I will be returning next year. Great customer service thank you.
Kenyetta was polite and on time with my appointment and gave me excellent service with my taxes. I will be returning next year hopefully I will get Kenyetta to do my taxes
For the most part it's my first year filing with Jackson. I filed for 35 years plus with HnR and didn't like prices cause of constant up charges. Not sure if Jackson will resolve that issue with myself as I was charged more than what I was told. But over all friendly staff and they do stand behind their work. I am happy with my refund just not what I was charged compared to what I was quoted. Amazing staff over all...Brian was amazing on Good Hope in Milwaukee
