Used Jackson Hewitt to prepare my 2024 taxes last year so I didn't hesitate to use them again for my 2025 taxes. Kim Spears was my tax preparer this year, she was very knowledgeable and so nice to work with!
Kim is and was awesome. And took care of me and even went as far as looking up the address for me for NY taxation, even tried to look up my routing number for my credit union bank but we ended up just putting my deposit into a different account in case cause 2 different numbers were showing up so I was like we can put it in a different one and I can transfer later. I had to go to Jackson Hewitt due to the deadline, approaching for taxes for my elderly father. I recently had to put him into an ALF due to cognitive issues from brain seizures, while preparing to do his income tax. I could not find his previous year tax return, so I was unable to file online because I didn’t have his previous year AGI. I would’ve been able to File his taxes online for free if I had this information.
