Great Customer Service from Ms. San Medina (Janie) she listen my specific tax situation and work with me to look for better ways to report and do my taxes and get the right credits for it. She was patience and even she have to leave at her end of the schedule time for the day, she stay with me until everything it was set and done. Thank you so very much!!!
