Carli made the whole process painless and she was very pleasant. She didn't treat us like we were just a number unlike the other lady. I showed up to my first appointment and let Barbara know I was there for my appointment. She said, "ok" but more like, "and?" I was really hoping she wouldn't be the one helping me file my taxes.
