I wish I caught this woman’s name but I didn’t. I was serviced by a Hispanic woman maybe in her 40’ or 50’s with light brown hair. I explained to her that me and my husband are living separated because of his job and that I was new to filing taxes so I wasn’t quite sure what information she needed or how I could file our taxes without him present. You'll try to say y'all loan me $500 the first time when all y'all gave me was $200 in advance and then $300 in advance the next time y'all stayed owing me some money but you weren't listening to anything I was saying so I wasn't very too happy about your services you're kind of screwed me and I don't appreciate it so I reported y'all to the IRS
