Preparer was late getting to me and took longer than it should have due to the fact she was easily distracted. I also didn’t get a copy of my 1040 which is the deciding factor that I will not be using JH again.
I have been filing with Jackson Hewitt for gosh going over a decade now. Every time has been so easy and the staff helpful. This year I got to meet miss Angela, she was an absolute gem with her helpfulness and kindness. Thank you Jackson Hewitt family your the best.
