We were very happy with the patience and attention to detail Matthew gave to our tax preparation. He was wonderful.
Could not be more disappointed with our experience. We made an appointment weeks ago, got numerous reminders, and ended up waiting over 45 minutes PAST our appointment time for no one to ever show up. We called the provided location phone number, as well as the company help line, and couldn’t reach anyone for help. Our time was completely wasted.
Miserable. I had an appointment, when I showed up, no one was there. I waited 25 minutes, called them. They said some one is coming. No one showed up. I ended up wasting 40 minutes. I had the same experience last year. If he can not wait there, get him fired. STOP WASTING PEOPLE'S TIME.
Absolutely terrible. Set up an appointment but guy there was so busy on his phone but looked at me like I was crazy for standing there waiting to sit down and get started. He was absolutely clueless why I was there, why I had tax forms with me, etc. Decided to go elsewhere.
