EDIT: @Barbara- you may be responding to the wrong review. No advance was ever requested. This was a straightforward transaction. I used a free service for my spouse with ease. If things change, we will review for next year. My tax preparer was wonderful, very professional. However- the increased fee amount was unexpected. I had the same 2 forms this year as last.
