Marina was very helpful and patient throughout the process and provided fast service.
We made an appointment online for 6 PM. I stood around waiting for 90 minutes just for the JH employee to say that they close at 7 PM and she can’t get approval to stay late. We drove 45 minutes to get to this location and the tax agent used our entire appointment with another client. Then she proceeded to say that she didn’t see us, either way, even if she didn’t we were still her 6 PM appointment and she just started the people before us when I got there at 5:30 PM.
