Edit. Fast and friendly? Absolutely! Reasonable fees? Are you out of your goddamn mind? I have ONE document and am filed in under 15min... and that cost over $300? **** no. NEVER again. MAYBE if the fees were estimated PRIOR to DOING THE WORK.. that would be one thing, to be able to choose to go into that with eyes open. To find out, AFTER DOING IT, that the fees are literally DOUBLE what they should be? No. Rot. We will never do business again and I will send people running away in advance.

First time ever not doing my own taxes and it was worth every cent to have someone else deal with it for me! They did their job very well and I am very happy with my return! Got into altercation the next year and had a private cpa do my taxes to avoid Jackson Hewitt altogether. This year, I decided to go back to Jackson Hewitt and fully regret it.
