I am giving 5 stars because my tax person was very patient, very nice and seemed to care a lot. She made me feel at home and I felt comfortable being there. I didn't like how much they charged me. They are supposed to be less than H&R Block, just the opposite, charging me an outrages price to do my taxes 600.00 for one year and I had a previous year to do also, another 300.00. That's crazy!!! They worked with me and gave me a discount. Thank god.
Lafonda was a great help, she's very friendly. Very good place to go for tax.
Jackson Hewitt charges to much you went from $400 dollars to $600 dollars then you have us scan and upload our own docs on our phones for $600 the least you can do scan our docs not make us do it for you. I won't be back i will turbo tax next year. You went up $200 from last year and all you have to do is type in my W2s I have no other deductions very simple for you to do..
