"I’ve done my taxes at this location for the past three years. During the week, I stopped by to reserve a spot for myself. When I returned, she *still hadn’t finished* (of course). The worst part was when I saw another gentleman there. I asked him what time his appointment was, and he said *the same time as mine*. **What?!** I had asked her *politely* earlier, and she told me she was busy.
