Habtamu provided great customer service and he was very knowledged in all aspects of tax preparation
Agent was so easy to work with, smooth service, kind, respectful and friendly.
The lady was pretty fast and efficient. Only thing was we couldn't use the customer appreciation code for 50 %. Even tho it was mentioned when schedule the appointment. She was only able to give me 20% discount. That wasn't much of a appreciation. My daughter as well could not use her 50% customer appreciation code and was only given a $ 14.00 discount. What kind of customer appreciation is that? Give a code you should honor it then.
