Didn’t enter the estimated payments made thus making an error of an underpayment rather than overpayment. Also said charge would be $212 when tucked in amongst multiple paper I find a $421 fee receipt. We have appointment go doing amended returns. All was fixed! Charges did go from $215 quoted to $300. Just happy all was fixed! Preparer had never encountered client paying estimated quarterly payments for tax year
