Service was good. Price to have taxes done is horrible and outrageous
I never gave out 5stars for any service but the young lady Renee was very professional and polite. She made me feel comfortable with my info, she had me entered my own bank information in order to keep private even from herself, I will definitely go back to jh as long as Renee is still employed there. Friendly and fast. In an out in no time at all
Went shopping and as I was leaving the store Channin Richardson caught my daughter’s eye and said that I should ask him if he could help me, I went home and got my paperwork and he was very happy that I came back said that most people don’t return and I thought that I was going to have to pay both government and Jackson Hewitt turned out he and his team was able to help me get money back that I thought I was going to pay minus there fees which I was happy to pay because I couldn’t have done it by myself thanks again
