Lady did my taxes she was sweet n got my money back but did not even give me the 100$ switch over deal I called her n she said oh I didn't ask I was like well it's ok but just ask I guess she was nice but in the phone kinda mean we are all going through different stuff be kind to all others Told me 2 weeks then said 21 days it is what it is
