I was quoted one price and was charged another. I filed a 1040ez ,the preparer quoted me $120 and charged my account $178. Last year I paid $100 for the same filing. I'm am greatly dissatisfied and angry. I will never use Jackson Hewitt again nor referral them to anyone that I Know after this experience. I was clearly stolen from.
