What a pleasant surprise and satisfactory service experience with Jackson Hewitt Tax Service. Steven Axford was efficient, personable and professional. He did my taxes while I was there, filed both Federal/State, and I left with copies of my completed tax returns. All in one appointment! I had used a major competitor previously for 3 years. I even tried 2 different locations without improvement. The atmosphere did not instill confidence. It was chaotic and unprofessional.
