I went into the office as a walk-in on April 14 at 12:23 pm. They were extremely busy. I almost had to go to another location (which I would have as my punishment for procrastinating) because of the scheduled appointments. But then, like an angel, Miss Teresa, asked me what services I was in need of and what tax documents I had with me.
