This was the worst experience I’ve ever had trying to get help from a tax professional. They don’t answer the phone. They sometimes wont even be there when you show up. They never mailed my tax return by the deadline. And they didn’t even know how to help me with some special forms I had. Do not go here. Luckily their corporate office has been assisting me in getting my taxes done but even they couldn’t get a hold of them. This location should be reported to the BBB
I booked an appointment this morning for this location in the afternoon. Arrived for my appointment and the sign says closed and the lights are out. When I phoned no answer.
Tax Preparer Jeanette is Very Knowledgeable and Pleasant.. Jeanette definitely helps with the Anxiety of doing your taxes.. I would recommend her to Everyone!!!
Janette Alonso was great! Friendly, attentive, knowledgeable & made the unwanted task of doing taxes.....pleasant.
Excellent experience. Will do it again next year.
