There was only one inexperienced person there. The other person working got up and quit. Our 5:00 appointment turned into about eight p.m.. the person doing our return was new and was having quite a time getting it done. It was 10:00 before we got out. I'm not sure if it was done correctly or not. For the price we paid it seemed like poor service. Never again!
I scheduled an appointment at 5pm and arrived slightly early. Shortly later another couple showed up for their 5pm appt. I let the man and woman working for Jackson Hewitt know that I was there for my appointment. He told me that he had to leave for another job and she would help me next. An hour and a half later I finally got my turn. Unfortunately for me and the poor employee left alone to manage a growing line of people, was brand new on the job. They were very helpful, and professional. Only the final cost was surprisingly higher than expected, based on the advertising.
