Worst experience ever, paid more than another tax service I’ve used before, but went to them because they said I would get a discount because of my job. Definitely not a discounted rate. They messed up my tax return and I had to pay in when they said I got a refund. By the time I got the letter from the state I had 4 days and was already charged interest.
