Session took much longer than usual and cost several hundred dollars more than expected. Will not choose Jackson Hewitt again!
I had an appointment for 6p.m. last night. I arrived at 5:49 and no one is there. Two wal mart employees told me that I wasn't the only person who has had an appointment and the person was a no show. I waited till 6:05 and still no show. During tax season you would think that if you advertise that a tax preparer is there from 5-9 then they would be there. Wrong! This is the absolute worst JACKSON HEWITT I BOOKED A ONLINE APPOINTMENT GOT TO THIS LOCATION IN THE WALMART AND NO ONE WAS THERE A WAIST OF TIME ILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!! Then I asked Walmart employees if they have seen anyone and their answer was they said they will be here sometime in January??!!!! Not a good answer absolutely a waist of time and money!!!!!! Thanks for nothing!!!!!
