Very Professional
Not bad but I thought switching over from the place I usually do my taxes at each year it would be cheaper, like Jackson Hewitt stated on the ads plus they would pay you to switch over..Disappointing but filing was quick and the person that done it was nice..
Epic fail. Your preparer filed my status what she said the law would allow, not how I asked. I owed at the end. I go home n find out she lied. The law does allow my filing status, married joint. Now an amendment has to be filed and it must be mailed in. So, no! I'm not enjoying my taxes. I need a refund of my $125 I paid, because your worker had no reason to lie, basically tried to cheat me.
She was very pleasant and explained everything very thoroughly for me to understand.Highly recommended!
