Everything was fine. I expected the cost. What i didn't expect was the fact I have to go online to get copies of my forms. I think they should have been included in the packet I received. Had i known that, I don't know if I would have used your services. It may seem like a small thing, but it isn't. I had the worst experience with them. The 1st lady I dealt with told me I would get the rest of my return when I brought my W-2 in. Of course, that didn't happen. I was not given a copy of my paperwork bc the printer wouldn't work so I had no idea what I signed on the pen pad. I dont know how much I was charged for the service and I was told I was getting back one amount but got back less. When I went in the 2nd time, still no paperwork bc the printer did not work again. At first I was very pleased. Then I got my refund and that more than I expected was deducted by Jackson Hewitt. I was told by the preparer that it would cost me 149.00. But after reading through the paperwork, I found a list of charges for services that I was not informed of. This list was imbedded in a stack of 75 pages. I don’t know if this is standard practice or was an honest omission on the part of the preparer but I’m afraid I won’t be using your service again. And a lesson learned.
