I recently completed getting my taxes done inside the Walmart on the corner of Bell Rd. and 19th Ave. The tax preparer named Aimee was phenomenal. She was very thorough, helpful, and courteous. I arrived with a W2 from 2024 and she patiently waited for me to run back home, and return back with the right 2025 W2. She went above and beyond to help me and she is to be commended for her outstanding customer service. Thank you Aimee.
Ownership is the issue, choosing to pay only 1 Tax Professional while reaping benefits of ownership, charging $300-$400, proves the lack of concern for an employee doing soo much work, and not concerned about how long customers have to wait, while Cathy (Owner) makes tons of money... it's your favorite place
