First and for most I just wanted to say that the tax expert Ashley. Is very professional and great at her job. My husband and I were greatly appreciated with her service and we are definitely going to be back next year.

Ashley was so nice and helpful. She was with me every step of the way and answered all my questions I had.
I did an early refund back before Xmas. The rep had no idea what she was doing and my appt that she said would take an hour at most took much longer. Making me 40 minutes late to pick up kids. My provider was understanding but the rep assured me they would reduce my final fees and said "she made a notation in my file" the young person who did my taxes charged me almost $900 in fees to do my taxes rushed through everything I was out in 15 minutes.
