Angela was an angel (hence her name). Went in for taxes. JH messed up in not giving us the promo discount. She made sure we got it. She was patient and amazing with us. If I come back, I will only be back if Angela is the one taking care of us.
Found myself needing a tax service last minute and was able to get an appointment on short notice. Waited an hour despite having an appointment. My preparer, Pierce kept having to stop what he was doing with his customers to get up and answer the phone. He was deeply apologetic and explained that corporate had sent their receptionist home.
