Honestly, this place is terrible. I've been waiting for my refund since February, and the problem is, I saw that the refund had already been processed, but I still haven't received the money. I've been calling to talk to them, but they don't answer or return my calls... :( I don't recommend this place. Besides not filling out the paperwork correctly, they don't have time to attend to their customers.
I went and got my taxes done by Ashley! I was really stressed out about them and waited until the last day. She was very helpful and saved me some money, not to mention they got me in right away I’ll definitely be going back!
