The tax expert was not welcoming whatsoever. I did not get a hello, how are you, any form of friendly greeting upon arriving. While she was somewhat pleasant during our visit, it was not a great first impression. After her inputting the values from just 4 W-2’s, 1 dividend, and 1 other tax document, they tried to charge me $450+. This is practically robbery, these were BASIC documents for an individual.
