Worst experience ive ever had ...the tax worker sent my sons return under paper filing instead of electronic even after i recieved electronic printout of cost and contract!!! Been over 3 weeks had to call hr and many others for 7 hrs on phone all day just to figure out what happened! Super unproffessional!
