The lady messed up on my taxes.
Last year I completed my taxes at jackson Hewitt and was very satisfied. They were friendly and helpful. The overall experience was pleasant. However I went to an appointment yesterday at the Jackson Hewitt location on High st it was horrible the man was completely rude and unprofessional. He made me very uncomfortable and didn't even try to ease the situation. I will not go back to this company. It's a shame because the difference between last year and yesterday was like night and day
Very friendly and informative agent. Made us feel wanted and appreciated.
I will not ever be using this tax prepare service again. Had the worst experience of my life .
