Jennifer Chege was super nice and helpful! She did a great job and was very efficient.
Terrible. Said on Monday that taxes would be done the next day. Someone called and said they needed some additional paperwork. Took it to them Tuesday at noon. Called several times later to check and couldn’t get a human. The only ones that helped me were a supervisor in Greensboro and girl at Walmart in Raleigh. Everyone else were clueless. I’ll never use this service again. Beware.
Connie was great! Really helpful and explained my questions clearly.
