Editing my original review from several years ago. We have been having Jackson Hewitt prepare our taxes now for a few years and have been fortunate enough to book with Shawn. He is very knowledgeable and thorough and makes sure that you're understanding each step. He has never rushed us through an appointment and has made filing our taxes easy.

Shawn did my taxes & got me $1000 more than Turbo Tax!! Was with me every step! Laura who I'm guessing is the Queen of the place is a great mentor for everyone & a great DJ!! I had to come back in for troubleshooting my Amex & Elena was so helpful & got it fixed very quickly!! Great place def!!
