Edited: Tax preparer was nice but after I was rushed because it was late (stated it needed to be done before 8:15) I realized the mistakes when I reviewed the return. Tried contacting the Area Manager was told it would be handled but never received a call or email back. I had to Google and find my own answers to certain tax questions due to lack of knowledge by not one but two preparers in office. That I could look past as tax items always change.
