I have bad experience....They don't have properly trained people who can guide you properly. Amarjeet Kaur is the person who has no any knowledge how to file tax refund if you have more than 2 W2's. She called to Senior Persons 4-5 times + She checked my status using my full SSN without my permission. And when I spoke to her she continuously arguing me and not the right way to talk to the customer......Fine better options...I'll find next year......
Jackson Hewitt customers beware!!! They are too expensive and they don't stand by their work. You will come out better doing your taxes yourself. I will never go back to them again!!!
