I got my tax return done by Torrence Smith. My experience was amazing. He was nice, professional and very knowledgeable. He even took the time out to explain everything I didn’t understand. I will most definitely be back next year

The tax service was good and quick. But the lady charged me over $250 for doing my taxes when it's just me and I have no dependents. Why was it so much when it's supposed to be easy. That's the only problem I have. I don't think I will return back to Jackson Hewitt Tax Service.
