Michelle and her daughter were great. Friendly and welcoming. However, 600-700 is wild for tax filing fees. I left my last person cause he charged me 350. So you can imagine the sticker shock there. I filed anyway since it was all done but will not be back.

The lady quoted me 700 to file. I have never been charged that much in my life. I asked for my paper work back so I could go somewhere else. She then tells me fine ill drop it down to 500. I still walked out bc no that's shady and unprofessional. When she started she said they don't charge over 600 yet she tried to take 700 from me then drop it to 500. Then on top of that she was eating tamales while doing it. Save your time go somewhere else.
Michelle was wonderful very polite and had great Customer Service and got me back what I expected
