Gerald Bunger is efficient, proficient, friendly, helpful. Unfortunately he works with people who are lazy and not pulling their weight. Consequently he was also having to greet clients walking in and answer the door the entire time he was helping us. But he is fantastic and we will come to see him specifically again. Shame on the other people that were there in the office. They left for their lunch “hour” while he was still working. We were there for three hours and she never came back
Gerald Bungers does an excellent job on my taxes and is very cordial and professional.
I was disappointed in my overall service. I probably won’t be returning here. My accountant there misspelled my name on all my forms and I had to point that out. The few deductions I had always received, she was not familiar with. Also she didn’t know how to print up vouchers for this year so I can pay in as a contractor.
Gerald is amazing! I’ve worked with him for the last 3 years and he is always professional, patient, and knowledgeable. He always answers my questions thoroughly and offers suggestions to help me in the future. Gerald is an asset to the Jackson Hewitt team! I cannot recommend him enough!!
