We worked with Gerald Bunger who did not have a Jackson Hewitt email or phone number. Instead of sending documents to a secure company email, I had to use his personal yahoo email. Also, he sent a Docusign email to my husband but not to me so I have not been able to sign our 2025 tax return. Lastly, when calling the local office number no one else can help us as it seems that Gerald handles his own clients. He only works on Wednesday, Fridays and Sundays. Black girl Regina Showed up late then was very unprofessional rolled her eyes to coworker like she didn’t want to answer my question then got up and used the restroom without excusing herself. Floor is just as dirty as the service
