i would give less than NO STARS to Jackson Hewitt's services this year. i was charged over $700 for my 2024 tax return to which the IRS audited me and found an error. i've conctated them and no one has bothered to get back to me. shameful and highly dissappointing!

Very very rude manager. Was yelling at me the whole time when I asked why the fees were 3x higher than regular fees for my case, and then he proceeds to hang up on me. Terrible will never go back there!!!
