Above all expectations
I’ve been going to you guys for years and I didn’t mind how much I was paying but as of recently, I was laid off and i explained the situation so when I told them they’re like OK well since you can’t pay for it, then we can touch your tax return money to pay for the service and I said to myself I was like Then I’m not gonna get much in my taxes because you guys are charging me an arm and a leg to do it. i would give less than NO STARS to Jackson Hewitt's services this year. i was charged over $700 for my 2024 tax return to which the IRS audited me and found an error. i've conctated them and no one has bothered to get back to me. shameful and highly dissappointing!
