I found their pricing $399 high for a simple return. They did a great job in helping me.but again $399 is a lot
We didn’t feel that the employees working knew exactly what they were doing. When we dropped off documents the employee working had to call a supervisor to get the answers for our questions. When we made an appointment to return to sign and pay no one was there. We even received a text reminder. I had to call the main office to find him. He showed up about 20 minutes late.
