This place is absolutely horrible! They messed up our tax return resulting in a huge amount of penalties and interest and when I went there to try to straighten things out, all I got was some 80 year old guy yelling at me. I've made numerous attempts to find someone in the company to reach out to about this and it's almost impossible. I might wind up having to take legal action.
First time having Merlinda do my taxes and I’d definitely will be coming back every year from now on. Answered all my questions and made the process fast and easy. Thanks Merlinda 🍻
Merlinda was superb! She was kind, super friendly, knowledgeable and literally perfect for my situation. I thank her and will definitely recommend a friend. Great job on this one Jackson Hewitt! Kenyatta
Awesome experience, made me feel Merlinda is the best. I will be back next to file.
