On Feb 26, 2026 I went to do my tax at JH Rancho, and I had a very very bad experience. They gave my tax to unexperienced young man who didn't know how to do my simple taxes, even with the help of Ms. Cynthia still didn't know, what to do. I had a very bad feeling about the two of them.
