Just want to say that the employee that you have working at the location in Walmart on Craig Melinda she is a really good person awesome help she was very informational I will no longer go anywhere else I will only use Jackson Hewitt and I will only use this lady so keep her on board at all times she will make people feel comfortable and always have people return I just sat with this lady for over an hour and I feel like she's family I love this lady already God bless you guys Amen.....

So I get my turbo tax refund was rejected and to fix it could be complicated or extra work but the lady there was rude did not want to help I was able to file my taxes somewhere else. I was explaining turbo tax rejected before telling her why she cut me off was like then finish at turbo tax and for 1099 I was tried to explain her about start up fees and what type of evidence I could try to write off just started self employment no income yet but again super rude not willing to assist would not recommend filling your taxes he... read more
