The guy was unprofessional talking about how Jackson Hewitt sucks and next year he was going to H&R Block
Extremely disappointed with this company. They allowed us to book an appointment even have sunday hours on the website. All of a sudden 30 minutes before out appointment we get a call saying they aren't open on Sundays. I knew there was a reason I never used this company and this just adds fuel to the fire. Fix your website hours fix your booking system and do your jobs. Wasting my time when I could have been actually getting my taxes done. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
