I have been coming here for years but this may be my last because the fees are ridiculous! I would think if I pay $600 for the fees there should be a working printer and the internet would be good. Our poor tax preparer wasn’t able to print our return so I had to come back to pick up.

Made an appointment for me and my husband. Nobody showed up, came to a closed office. I called the number and was told that they probably couldn't make it. Nothing was canceled. Its really annoying. Google says open till 4 pm but they're closed and by appt only for weekends. Very unprofessional.
This is my second year that I had them do my taxes and I was was very pleased with the timeline that they did it in. My only complaint is that they went up to high on the price. Other than that 5 Star service.
