I hate this place. I’ve used them 2 years running but I’m done. First, they’re definitely not cheap. Second, I did not get the impression that there was any attempt to save me any money .. no questions asked at all. This year I was able to get my taxes done while I waited and it was a fairly prompt experience. Last year was an absolute fiasco, when I used drop and go. I was rescheduled 3 times to do nothing more than drop my taxes off. Then the person who was doing them was out sick for like 2 weeks and had my documents lock... read more
