The location makes it super easy and convenient, located right inside Walmart. I was able to walk in with all my documentation, no appointment, and have everything knocked out in a little over an hour. My tax pro Abigail was super helpful and nice. There was a slight discrepancy in fees, due to having extra investments. Abigail went the extra mile, and was able to make appropriate arraignments to lower final cost.
