UPDATE: THIS COMPANY HAS TURNED INTO A JOKE. I TRIED REPEATEDLY TO CONTACT THE NUMBER THE RESPONDANT GAVE LISTED BELOW AND BESIDES BEING HUNG UP ON REPEATEDLY I HAVE BEEN TOLD MY ONLY OPTION IS TO DRIVE TO ANOTHER COUNTY THATS OVER AN HOUR AND HALF AWAY. THIS REGIONAL PHONE NUMBER HAS NO IDEA WHO IS IN CHARGE AND CAN NOT GET ME INTO CONTACT WITH SOMEONE WHO IS EXPERIENCED OR KNOWLEDGEABLE. THEY CAN ONLY MAKE APPOINTMENTS.
