I used to file through turbo tax and it would take a while asking all these questions and barely getting anything to zero dollars back but going to Jackson Hewitt to file with a tax person I had a very good experience with this place it was quick easy and no stress I highly recommend filing with rob he’s the best and really looks out for you I will be filing with them moving forward
Rob was extremely rude to me, he told me he was "tired of dealing with me in April"?! And said he would double my rate if I booked an appointment with him that isn't in February next year? Terribly unprofessional, I expect to be treated with dignity, especially when I came all the way from SF where i moved recently. Needless to say I will not be giving him my business anymore, as it's evident by his demeanor that he doesn't want it.
