Yesterday Rachel A with Jackson Hewitt helped us file and she was outstanding in every way. She was very knowledgeable, patient, kind and caring and went out of her way. What we weren’t looking forward to she made it so very easy and fun while at the same time giving us confidence in her knowledge and what she was doing. Can she work there year round just so we can go visit?…I would give her 10 stars if possible!
