This was my first and last time going to you guys to do my taxes, very expensive. Should have gone to H&R block. Only good thing I can say is that Gail the person that did the taxes was friendly
I highly recommend Gail K. She went above and beyond to help me get the best refund and discount for preparing two years of taxes. She’s very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient.
Gail Koontz was excellent in helping me with my taxes. My only complaint is that the equipment is very aged. Please give them new printers, computers, staples, stapler, paper clips etc. Please set your people up for success. Computers freezing etc was very frustrating. I give Gail 5 stars.
