Nancy was very helpful and did my very simple return in about 30 minutes. I was charged $400.00 for 30 minutes by someone named Julie. I will not use or recommend JH to anyone.
My tax preparation was done accurately and my preparer was very helpful and answered all of my questions. I am giving 3 stars for this review because the service charges were outrageous. Compared from last year, the fee doubled! I'm undecided if I will return next year . Paying close to 700.00 (which included the 10% coupon) is way too steep for my pockets.
