A big shout out to miss. Betty she was great very knowledgeable, Understanding, And just a very lovely lady inside and out I really appreciate the help she gave me more than she knows thank you miss Betty go see her if you want things done the right way.

First of to make it clear I ain’t no way you sit here and do a new customer taxes with out explains to them what’s going to be charged they charged me $1300 to do my taxes added a insurance that was never told to me if I would of been informed since the begging what was been charged I would of been gone and never filled with yall but with that been said first and last time I file my taxes with yall ! I’m pissed 1300 to file taxes is crazy
