I was quoted $144.00 for a basic 1040 form!! When done informed I was informed it was $203.00. I was told I didn't qualify and the unscrupulous employee charged me extra $59.00 for tax protection???? I didn't ask for????
Fast, efficient and affordable!
HORRID customer service. I called to make an appointment, unbeknownst to me my usual tax adviser was unavailable. The woman who answered the phone (N El Capitan location) screamed at me “WHAT LOCATION? WHAT LOCATION?” before I was even finished greeting her over the phone. I was rerouted back to this lady, because my tax advisor was unavailable for a call. She then proceeded to tell me to “hurry up because she was with a client”.
