It was a good experience but not worth the amount I was charged. It's becoming to expensive to use Jackson Hewitt.
Working with my tax professional (Rhonda) was an absolute great experience. She was knowledgeable, answered all of our questions and was transparent in explaining everything to us. She has done our taxes for the past 5 or 6 years and we will continue to work with her each year.
Excellent service from Rhonda at the Eldridge store. She is sharp pleasant and wonderful.
