Chanel was our girl who help us. She was fantastic despite the lack of AC in the building.
I had a very good experience at this Jackson Hewitt location on Hwy 92. I was rerouted to this location from another, closed, location. Chanel, my tax preparer, was inviting, informative, and invested throughout my time at this Jackson Hewitt. I would definitely recommend both this location and Chanel, if you can.
