5 years and every year theres a problem either no-show from staff or double booked appointments I will not be using them after this year
Being retired, I had zero deductions , they were finished in about 15 minutes and I received a refund of 56.00. However, for those fifteen minutes I was charged approximately 300.00. Kinda seems like price gouging to me. And no,I will never go back!
Waited in parking lot for 20 minutes for my scheduled time to only walk in and realize they ain't open, do not schedule appointments when you are not open!!!! If you need me I'll be at h&r
